My services at a glance

Individual support for lifes challenges

I offer face‑to‑face counselling in a calm, therapeutic space in Nuneaton, at a time that works best for you.
If you’d prefer the flexibility of remote counselling you can connect with me from the comfort of your own home.
I also provide walk‑and‑talk therapy in a beautiful park right in the heart of Nuneaton, for those who feel most at ease outdoors and want to connect with the healing power of nature.

Counselling for
Adults

As a counsellor, I support you in overcoming challenges. I help you to strengthen your relationships and promote your emotional health.  Counselling offers you a safe and supportive space to explore life’s challenges, strengthen relationships, and nurture your emotional wellbeing. Whether you’re facing trauma, loss, identity struggles, or simply feeling stuck, therapy provides the opportunity to gain clarity and build resilience. My approach is person‑centred and inclusive, ensuring your needs and pace guide the process, so you feel truly heard and supported.

Children & Teens Service

I provide a safe, supportive space for children and young people to explore their feelings and experiences. Counselling can help with challenges such as anxiety, change, friendships, or identity, offering tools to build resilience and confidence. Sessions are tailored to their age and needs, ensuring they feel heard, respected, and understood. Parents are valued partners in this process, with sensitivity given to family dynamics and the importance of creating a supportive environment at home. Confidentiality is always respected, with clear boundaries explained and explored so that both young people and parents feel secure, informed, and reassured throughout the counselling journey.

Walk & Talk Therapy

Walk‑and‑talk therapy offers the same professional support as a traditional session, but with the added ease of being outdoors. Moving side by side often makes talking feel more natural, and the gentle rhythm of walking can help clear the mind and ease tension. Surrounded by fresh air and open space, many people find it easier to process their thoughts and feel grounded. It’s a simple, supportive way to combine the benefits of therapy with the restorative qualities of nature. Whether you’re drawn to the idea of moving while you talk, or simply prefer not to be indoors, walk‑and‑talk therapy can offer a safe, supportive space to explore what matters most to you.

One-off Counselling Sessions

Sometimes life feels confusing in that moment, and we may not want or need ongoing therapy            We simply long for a moment to pause, breathe, and make sense of what’s happening right now. Single‑session counselling offers that space.
A gentle first step – if you’re curious about counselling but unsure about ongoing sessions,     this is a simple way to try it out.                      Singlesession counselling is about meeting you where you are. It’s an opportunity to give yourself care and attention, whether you’re facing a specific challenge, seeking clarity, or simply wanting to reconnect with yourself

Phone and text support

Support by phone or text offers a flexible way to connect when you need it most. A phone call gives you the chance to talk things through in real time, while text support lets you share your thoughts at your own pace. Both options take place within an agreed amount of time, so you know exactly when your therapist will be available for you. As with any therapy session, these services are offered as a professional commitment, with clear fees agreed in advance.

Online therapy

Therapy is about finding the kind of support that feels right for you. For some, that means sitting together in person and sharing space face‑to‑face. For others, it’s easier to connect online, from the comfort of familiar surroundings. Online therapy offers the same professional care, but with added flexibility—you can fit sessions into your routine without the stress of travel, and you save both time and money along the way. Whether you choose to meet in person or online, the heart of therapy remains the same: a safe, supportive relationship built on empathy, understanding, and trust.
